Domestic Shipping 

We ship via USPS for all orders to the US. We will provide tracking number once the order ships, usually within 1-2 business days. 

International Shipping 

Currently we are only serving the United States and Canada due to covid related issues with shipping and payments. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to reinstate our international shipping services soon.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Covid-19 has caused delays in shipping across all carriers and in all countries. We guarantee orders up to the time that they are delivered, and if an order is confirmed as lost in transit we will issue a full refund. Depending on location, some orders can be delayed by several weeks or more. We greatly appriciate your patience as we cannot offer refunds due to delays. 

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.


Returns are accepted on all orders within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new unused condition and contain all original packaging, accessories, and tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
