Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping 

 

We ship via USPS or UPS to all domestic locations. We will provide tracking number once the order ships, usually within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier site. 

 

International Shipping 

 

We gladly ship anywhere in the world USPS ships to at the lowest possible cost. Average shipping speed is approximately 15 business days, but will vary depending on location and/or unforeseen events.

All Duties & VAT are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected at checkout. 

 

Shipping Delays & Lost/stolen Packages

 

We guarantee orders up to the time that they are delivered, and if an order is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or replacements due to shipping delays or missing/stolen packages (once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier).

 

Returns

 

Returns are accepted on all orders within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new unused condition and contain all original packaging, accessories, and tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We proudly stand behind all our products. Our wheels are made in the USA with high quality urethane using time-tested formulas to ensure you have the most authentic riding experience.

Each wheel is individually cut to size and shape in order to achieve the unique variety of styles we offer. During this process some varience in the finished product may occur. These variences are purely cosmetic and do not affect the ride or performance.

Please note that small wheels have their own limitations and therefore we cannot guarantee against damage caused by intentional misuse, terrain conditions, or to wheels that have been ridden for longer than their useful lifespan.
